Eruendi is our premium cava. It is born from deep love and respect for our work, family, the origin of who we are and why we are where we are. And what better way to celebrate than from the magical world of bubbles, toasting with a Brut Nature Gran Reserva cava.

What's Eruendi like?

Eruendi is a monovarietal of the best grapes of the Xarel.lo variety. It is harvested at night to avoid oxidation and temperature increases.

In addition, a partial destemming was carried out with the aim of optimizing the pressing process as much as possible.

Subsequently, a racked static for 48 hours at 12 ºC.

Once this process was finished, the tirage and the second fermentation in the bottle were carried out, where the wine remained for a minimum of 50 months before being disgorged.

Elaborado con el alma….. sin prisas , más de 50 meses de segunda fermentación  donde el tiempo se detiene para elaborar un cava Premium que a primera vista presenta un color pajizo, apenas dorado con una magnífica formación de espuma, dando lugar a una corona uniforme y persistente con burbujas finas y elegantes , un perlaje de ensueño….

On the nose the aromas stand out with notes of bakery and nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, a captivating toasted bouquet but preserving a subtle fresh touch with hints of fruit, pineapple, green apple and even cedar.

When tasting it, the bubbles enter delicately and appear in the middle of the mouth, completing a voluptuous and velvety cava, with a very well integrated and refined carbonation.

Eruendi is the beginning, it is searching entering the moment that everything began to change, to vibrate, a kiss to the sky... Eruo*, for the beginnings, for who was there and showed us the way.

Eruendi is toasting the past reflected in the future, they are those people who were there and dreamed, and fighting they achieved. It is a Cava to toast oneself and others, a real tribute.
